Welcome to Family Jewels Alpacas! We are a farm located in Northeast Ohio. We started our venture into the life of alpacas in 2010. Since then, we have acquired a lovely group of alpacas with stellar genetics. We were groomed from the beginning to buy the best we could buy, and we did exactly that!
Our goal in this industry is to breed for exceptional fleece and for solid, healthy animals. We have a variety of colors in our program. The genetic background in our program consists of some of the greatest herdsires such as 4Peruvian Legacy, PPeruvian Vengador, PPeruvian Victor, PPPeruvian Royal Fawn, PPeruvian Timoteo, DPA Quetzal, 4Peruvian Camelot, PPeruvian Leon, and many more! We have genetics from both sides of the country, with more coming!
As we grow, we will look to expand our farm with quality herdsires. We recently added to our genetic farm "soup" with the addition of MFI Peruvian Merit which brings the genetics of the fabulous Inca's Ransom, who also happens to be the grandsire of Majestic Peruvian Jeremiah! Merit brings us the additional genetic bonus we were looking for! His incredible consistant fleece will be a joy to show others!
